Norman Schippert, Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Norman got his start in the IT industry as a founder of Bluegrass.Net and BluegrassNet Development, and is a noted expert in the IT/Service Provider field. He has now been at the helm of BluegrassNet for ten years, and has practical experience in a variety of areas from technical writing, IT integration project management, programming, as well as dealing with legislation pertaining to the industry.

Norman holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Miami. Prior to forming BluegrassNet, Norman was a regional sales manager for a Fortune 500 stock company based out of Miami, FL.

Thomas Galla, Founder, Vice President of Network Engineering

Thomas Galla is also a founder of BluegrassNet and BluegrassNet Development. Thomas brings years of experience to the field of Internet solutions and network engineering. He is a graduate of Purdue University where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.

In addition to BluegrassNet Development, Thomas also designed and maintains the entire BluegrassNet network infrastructure on a mission-critical basis. This includes four DS-3+ level IP connections, Cisco 7000+ series routers, as well as sub-networks with thousands of nodes.

Kenneth Kloeppel, Vice President of Software Engineering

Since 1999, Kenneth has been an integral part of the success of BluegrassNet Development. His excellent implementation and execution of software engineering projects have been essential to the company's revenue growth. After starting with BluegrassNet as a customer service manager, and then as a programmer, Kenneth has taken the bull by the horns and now leads all Internet Integration solutions. Kenneth has a proven track record of successfully managing complex software projects, and effectively manages client relationships by providing solutions and quality customer service.

Kenneth graduated from the University of Louisville Speed School with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science. He is a regular editor of books released by Sam's Publishing and Pearson Education. His technology interests include advanced data warehousing, data mining, content management solutions, and Internet project analysis.
